Valuations are an integral part of capital transactions.
BDO’s Valuations Team conducts independent valuations for assorted purposes. Our work is varied – it consists primarily of commercial valuations for transaction purposes, but also includes valuations that are necessary to meet financial reporting standards or regulatory requirements, as well as for tax purposes.
We also provide financial modeling services for management and business purposes, as well as for the performance of impairment tests required under IAS 36.
