The Transaction Services Team provides financial due diligence services that support our Clients in making accurate business decisions during mergers and acquisitions or acquisition of capital. No two transactions are the same, so even for an experienced investor the right advice helps manage risk and protects, and even maximizes value.
Due diligence is a detailed analysis of all material data or assets involved in a transaction performed in the form of an acquisition, investment, capital raising or merger. It helps gain an understanding and evaluate the related key value factors. This may relate to products, finances, locations, operations, infrastructure, management, or even social matters. Based on such financially and operationally directed analysis, we help identify financial risks, as well as values and opportunities that are not apparent at first glance, in order to help the Client make decisions related to the transaction.
We work on projects involving mid-sized businesses, as well as large groups. Our Clients include private entities and private equity funds, as well as financial institutions and state-owned companies. Importantly, our advisory services cover domestic, as well as international transactions.
