The cornerstone of our advisory services is to help our Clients conduct their transactions in a manner that is optimal in terms of financial and other conditions of the entire process. Where a Client wants to sell, we help identify potential buyers, establish contact with those buyers and agree the terms of potential collaboration, and then comprehensively conduct the process of negotiations leading to finalization of the transactions on terms that are advantageous to the Client. We work with a wide range of Clients, including public entities, private companies, private equity and investment funds.

For Clients interested in capital investments we search for potential transaction targets that meet their expectations and investment strategies, after which we establish a relationship that leads to a process of negotiations, which we also handle.

Being a part of the international BDO Network and having close relationships with BDO firms in other countries enables us to perform international transactions and search for both investors and investment targets on a global scale.
