Andrzej Markiewicz

Advisor with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and capital markets. During his career, he advised both owners selling companies and investors on the buy side. He worked on projects as part of international teams, bringing together advisors from both Europe and Asia. He participated in the preparation of companies for public offerings (IPO and SPO), and also participated in the preparation of a number of valuations, business plans and financial models. He served as a member of the supervisory board in entities listed on the WSE and NewConnect.

At BDO, he is responsible for consulting related to M&A projects - sale or purchase of companies, as well as acquiring investors.
