At BDO, all activities related to the provision of audit services are performed on the basis of applicable standards, including those relating to quality. Quality is an overriding value for us as an audit firm and quality objectives are built into our management system and operating strategy.
As of 15 December 2022, BDO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. an Internal Quality Management System compliant with the National Quality Control Standard 1, in the wording of the International Quality Management Standard (PL) 1- "Quality management for firms performing audits or reviews of financial statements or engagements of other assurance or related services", is in force.
On 15 December 2023, the first assessment of our audit firm's quality management system was performed. The date of the assessment was 30 September 2023.
Based on the assessment, the conclusion was that the quality management system provides the company with reasonable assurance that the objectives of the system are being achieved.
The other quality management standards have also been implemented:

- National Auditing Standard 220 (revised) in the wording of International Auditing Standard (PL) 220 (revised) - "Quality management for the audit of financial statements".
The design, implementation and operation of a quality management system in accordance with the above quality standards provides a high level of assurance that the assignments performed by BDO are of high quality and comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards and policies. The quality management system is designed to support our firm in fulfilling its obligations to serve the public interest and to achieve its strategic objectives related to quality.
