At BDO she is responsible for HR area: planning trainings and development activities, recruitment policy, coordination of onboarding processes and periodic performance evaluation of employees. Her main task include creating HR strategy which is based on employees' needs and business goals.
She is a fully-qualified psychologist. She is also a certified HR Business Partner and she has licensed as a HR Specialist (profession code: 242307). She regularly participates in HR training courses and conferences, expanding the understanding of labor law, motivation and engagement of employees or management of knowledge in company.
