Tomasz Rudawski

Tomasz is a transaction adviser with 30 years of work experience in corporate finance. He has worked with prestigous investment banks (founder of Access, whose shareholder in 1990s was N.M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd. and UniCredit group). He is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the management buy-ins. Tomasz also supervises the work of multidisciplinary team of advisory projects. At BDO he is responsible for the development of the Advisory Department.
