Rafał Krysa

Rafał is responsible for conducting BDO tax practice in the Southern Region (Kraków and Katowice). He specializes in the implementation of comprehensive restructuring projects, including international ones. He advises BDO clients on tax, legal and accounting matters, and carries out due diligence projects. He also represents BDO clients in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts and advises on tax preferences related to innovative activities. Rafał is a frequent speaker at conferences and trainings. He himself also participated in many trainings organized, among others, by KPMG International and the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD). Author of several dozen publications in Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
