Michał Włodarczyk

Michał is a statutory auditor with almost 20 years of experience in auditing of standalone and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish Accounting Act and International Financial Reporting Standards, including listed companies and insurance companies.

He has extensive experience in consulting related to accounting and finances. He led projects related to floating companies on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw, implementation of International Standards on Auditing, conducting due diligence and mergers of companies. A lecturer of many trainings in the field of IFRS, Accounting Act and consolidation for BDO Academy.
