Agnieszka Heliasz-Warda

Advocate, tax advisor with many years of experience in the ongoing tax consultancy and tax disputes. Agnieszka advises Polish and foreign entities on issues related to corporate and personal income tax, transaction taxes, international tax law and VAT. She represents taxpayers in tax, control and enforcement proceedings before tax and enforcement authorities and administrative courts. Agnieszka supports taxpayers in civil disputes with the State Treasury arising from tax obligations. She represented taxpayers in disputes with tax authorities and provided tax advisory services for the largest automotive company in Poland, companies from the production, food and fuel industries.
