From 2022, entities related financially, economically and organizationally will be offered the possibility to form VAT Groups. This solution has been included in the tax package of the Polish Deal. Formation of a group will not only allow tax settlement by a representative of such group, but will also result in a lack of taxation of transactions within the group.
